Numsa will join other WFTU affiliates in a regional shop steward council on June 21, 2012, at the Wesley Methodist Church (corner Andries/Visagie Streets, Pretoria), Tshwane at 9h00.
The following people will address the meeting on the issue of the struggle of the Palestinian people:
• Lulamile Sotaka of WFTU
• Heidi-Jane Esakov of Afro-Middle East Centre (AMEC)
• Minhaj Jeenah of Palestine Solidarity Alliance
• WFTU NOBs
The DVD – Roadmap to Apartheid Israel – will be played.
This will be followed by a picket at the Israel Embassy in Lynnwood, Pretoria, from 12pm – 2pm.
